Cancellation Policy: For all standard reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival deposit will be forfeited. All standard reservations cancelled outside of 10 day policy will result in a $25 plus tax processing fee. For Senior Week Reservations all cancellations are non refundable. For Group reservations cancellation policy vary. Reservations are held until 8p.m. If not noted for late arrival reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Advance Deposit: 1/3 Deposit required to guarantee reservation never less than 1 nights deposit. Credit Card used for reservation must be presented at check in by card holder's name who appears on it; We do not accept credit card payments from cardholders who will not be checking into motel. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process.
Rates do not include State Tax, Local Tax. Rates are based off double occupancy for most room types. Additional charge of $10.00 per day for persons 16 & over. Kids 16 & under $6.00 with parents. Rates are subject to change with out notice. Minimum stays also required for all weekends and some weekday stays. Weekend rates apply to Fri. , Sat., Sun. & select Thurs.
Grills: Grills, electric griddles and grills, and all cooking items not provided by motel are not allowed on motel property at any time no exeptions.
Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance. Generally, a room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons. A room with two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons. If your party consists of five or more, an additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional people.
All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older (19-21 years of age required after June) and must present identification upon check-in.
